Journey to the Table For Young Adults

What Journey to the Table is All About

Our upcoming Journey to the Table weekend will be for women (the men’s will be in the fall) and will be held at the Wabash Presbyterian Church and Bliss Center in Orio, IL from Friday, June 2nd- Sunday, June 4th, 2022. Our Lay Director will be Whitney Baker.

Journey to the Table is a non-denominational, three-day course in Christianity designed specifically for young adults, 18-30. The weekend provides the opportunity for young people to commit or recommit their lives to Christ as they are reminded or introduced to the unconditional love of God. Throughout the weekend, guests will be given information on how to be Christian leaders in their churches and communities. There will also be multiple talks and testimonies given by pastors, young adults, and older adults. The weekend begins on Friday at 11:00 am in Orio (Allendale) and ends on Sunday evening at 6:30.

There will be free time, small group discussion, worship, chapel, games, skits, laughter, wonderful meals, and incredible opportunities for self-reflection and growth in your Christian walk. If you have any questions, please contact our Community Lay Director, Kaitlyn Lasswell, at wvem22@gmail.com.
